You may EXCHANGE most new, unused items within 3 days of delivery. We'll also deduct the return shipping costs from the exchange order, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

The Customer would have to pay the courier charges incase of the exchanges due to the following reasons-:

1. The Size is not Fit
2. The Color needs to be changed
3. The product needs to be changed

You should expect to receive your exchange item within 3 to 5 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive an exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 2 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day), and the time it takes to deliver the package back to you (2 to 4 working days).
